These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer, mobile phone, or tablet monitor will be accurate or true to life.

Intellectual Property

LABIF and/or its related companies own all intellectual property rights to its sites, all content, services, products, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, images, advertising slogans, copyrights, domains, computer programs, codes, developments, software, databases, information, technology, patents and utility models, industrial designs and models, trade secrets, among others ("Intellectual Property"), and they are protected by national and international laws. In any case, seller users who use such products and services may not use LABIF's Intellectual Property in a manner that causes confusion among the public and must conduct their business under their own distinctive trademark or trade name, which is not confusingly similar to the LABIF brand and its "Mercado" family of brands.
It is prohibited to use our products or services for illegal purposes, perform any type of reverse engineering or derivative works, use search or extraction tools for data and content from our platform for reuse, and/or create your own databases that include all or part of our content without our express authorization.
In the event that a User or any publication infringes the Intellectual Property of LABIF or third parties, LABIF may remove said publication in whole or in part, sanction the user as provided in these Terms and Conditions, and take appropriate extrajudicial and/or judicial actions.
