By accepting this policy, I, as the owner of my personal data, agree to the processing of such data by LABIF, its strategic partners, subsidiaries, subordinate companies, and parent companies for the purpose of fulfilling the functions and obligations arising from various transactions carried out through e-commerce. I agree that my personal data will be used for statistical, marketing, contact, and other purposes, including sending documentation, information, promotions, company or partner events, or notifications, unless I expressly or verbally state that my personal data be deleted, rectified, or suppressed from its databases through the mechanisms established in its policy.

Personal Data may not be obtained or disclosed without the prior consent of the Data Subject, or in the absence of a legal or judicial order that waives consent. LABIF complies with the technical, human, and administrative measures that guarantee the security of Personal Data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent access, use, or consultation. The User has the right to obtain information about the existence of Personal Data concerning them at any time and without restrictions.

The Personal Data that will be processed includes: identification data, contact information, location and geolocation information, browsing data, data classified as sensitive (for example: health-related data, fingerprints, photos, video recordings, among other biometric data), financial information, assets, socioeconomic data, employment and academic information, preferences, tastes, and consumer behavior, data inferred or inferred from information observed or provided directly by the User or by third parties, and demographic and transactional information. Personal Data will be collected through the various channels provided by LABIF.

For a better and more secure provision of the service by the contracted carrier, you expressly authorize LABIF and/or the carrier to obtain, compile, exchange, and send the personal information recorded in their records. Likewise, the information provided is understood to have been legally obtained, and the user is authorized to reproduce and distribute it. Specifically, the customer authorizes the sending of emails and SMS, MMS, or similar text messages through their cell phone. Acceptance of LABIF's General Conditions, to which this annex corresponds, also implies the user's acceptance to receive email messages containing news, promotions, and information from Mercado Pago.

In the collection, use, and processing of personal data, LABIF will respect the rights of children and adolescents. In this regard, LABIF does not intend to collect personal information from minors, except for data that is public in nature. However, in the event that personal data of minors is processed, applicable regulations will be taken into account.

Payment methods enabled by the payment gateway:

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, and Mastercard credit cards issued in Colombia; bank debit cards issued in Colombia. Cash: Cash on Delivery, Efecty, or Baloto.

Cash on delivery is subject to coverage areas.

Online Payments:

The member represents that they are legally capable of performing the procedure to be used for online payment and that they are the owner of the payment offered or are authorized to use it.

The member agrees to provide truthful, complete, and correct information, which makes them liable to LABIF and third parties for any inaccuracies. Members may print transaction receipts as proof of payment; however, the transaction will be subject to verification of actual deposit into LABIF accounts. In the event that actual deposit into LABIF accounts is not verified, the payment will be deemed unpaid, and the member will be responsible for paying the outstanding amount.
