EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND WARRANTY POLICIES
All exchanges or returns require the presentation of the original purchase invoice or the document that proves the product was purchased at LABIF.
EXCHANGE/RETURN
Right of withdrawal: Remember that, by law, purchases made offline are subject to the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please consider the following requirements:
The claim must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the product. You can do so by sending an email to LABIF's WhatsApp or by email to "labif.gioo@gmail.com," indicating the purchase order number and the buyer's ID number. LABIF will respond to the exchange/return/complaint request within the next 5 business days, indicating how to proceed. The product must be new, unopened, and unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals, and labels attached. When a product is returned due to malfunction, a technical evaluation will be conducted, which will confirm the causes of the product failure. If it is not attributable to misuse, an exchange or refund may be made within the time limit to ensure the satisfaction guarantee is effective. The product must be presented with its original packaging, manuals, and complete accessories.
WARRANTY
The warranty is indicated in the description of each product on the LABIF website. To request a warranty, please contact LABIF through WhatsApp or by email to "labif.gioo@gmail.com," indicating the purchase order number and the buyer's ID number. Once the legal warranty term for each product expires, LABIF will not be responsible for it. Once the legal warranty term expires, the customer must pay for any inspection, diagnosis, repair, and/or replacement required for the product.
